🔥 PHP Architect & Product Owner (m/f)

What will you be doing in this position?

• Engage in PHP development
• Define product visions, including roadmaps
• Analyze the steps leading to successful product completion
• Propose solutions and processes to meet client expectations and product functionality
• Write product specifications, manage backlog, create and prioritize user stories
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement functionality, including tasking in Jira
• Monitor development and adherence to timelines
• Inspect and test the quality of deliverables
• Communicate with clients - present project deliverables, gather feedback, identify opportunities to expand collaboration, negotiate costs, etc.
• Communicate with the internal team - coordinate work, set terms and rules of cooperation, communicate requirements for adequate quality, etc.

What knowledge, skills and qualities you should have:

Technology:

• PHP 8.x and Laravel framework
• Docker (development and production)
• Gitlab CI/CD (running tests, checking coding style and automated deployment using Docker Swarm)
• PHPUnit automated tests
• Debugging (e.g. using Xdebug)
• Design application architecture (REST API structure, data model, analysis of potential risks)

Skills:

• Analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking
• Ability to coordinate multiple processes and projects
• Set up effective team collaboration
• Clear communication and negotiation with the team and clients (in Czech/Slovak and English)
• Own business experience is an advantage

Personal characteristics:
