🔥 UX/UI DESIGNER (m / f) with a focus on online marketing (part-time)
Nowadays, websites and mobile apps need to be pretty. But that's not enough for success. Design must go hand in hand with functionality.We're looking for a self-driven partner who will work with us to create useful yet cool and visually interesting environments. At the same time, we welcome overlap into online marketing. This will be useful both in presenting the results of our work together and in contributing to the company's online marketing communication. In the area of marketing, our new colleague will work with our fellow marketer and with freelancers on PPC advertising and copywriting.
Job description
We envision a future designer with a marketing background as someone who:
- Feels right at home in Figma.
- Knows how to create a wireframe and a simple interactive prototype.Â
- Understands the design rules for mobile development.
- Knows design systems like Material Design, Human Interface Design, Orbit etc..Â
- Has UX knowledge (and can also think analytically and work with data).
- Demonstrates consistent UI across their portfolio.
- Can prepare social media posts graphically and content-wise (mainly Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Is interested in contributing to the IT agency's communications and content strategy.
- Wants to be involved in the development of online communication and digital marketing (B2B and B2C).
- Knows how AI tools can make his/her job easier.
- Can defend his point of view.
- Has no problem clarifying briefs, discussing requirements, setting expectations and communicating directly with clients.
- Thinks about applications in a deeper context (considering the target audience).
- Doesn't do work just to create something pretty.
- Adheres to design guidelines for individual applications.
- Is willing to come to the office at least a few days a week.
- Communicates in English
- Bonus: Has experience creating icons, illustrations and animations (ideally using Adobe Premiere and/or Adobe After Effects).
- Bonus: Has experience with user testing.
