A big tech PLUS! The new app offers direct payments

Invoice refunding? Investing? It's been done before, hasn't it? Yes, you're not having a déjà vu! Our cutting-edge Roger app has been helping solve entrepreneurs' problems and opening opportunities for investors for some time now. But we have an upgrade! To make users even happier, we've created a clever app PLUS for instant direct payments!

We teamed up with Dactyl to create a mobile app for us. They did their job so well that we decided to approach them with a similar request for the second time. Again, they delivered the solution as required and on time. I do recommend Dactyl Group. 

Investor competition for invoices? Only with Roger

But first, a few pieces of information! The Czech company Roger is a payment institution that has been connecting investors and companies troubled by long overdue invoices since 2013.

The Roger company decided to turn this common problem into a profitable opportunity. With the help of their service, clients will receive money from invoices in advance, and investors will get their returns at the same time.

Thanks to our previous collaboration, a unique solution was created that allows the platform to be used on a mobile device in addition to the web interface.

We promised new features last time, and when we say something, we keep it. Because the client was satisfied with our work, they entrusted us with another equally important task. Thank you for your confidence!

It's time to take a look at the development of the PLUS mobile app for direct payments!

Immediate and secure payments

The new solution is closely linked to the previous application. 

This time we had the task to create an Android app that would noticeably speed up payment orders from Roger's auctions and allow transactions between clients (P2P payments) too.

The PSD2 payment method makes investing on the platform much easier.

The investor connects their bank account to the app, and Roger prepares the payment for the winning auction. Subsequent authorization is done by fingerprint or any other method, which the user is used to.

Working on a banking application is always a serious business. We have therefore made sure to make it maximally reliable and easy to use. We have also removed all unnecessary steps and made all deep linking more convenient.

What was the development process like?

There were several workshops where we discussed key elements and functions.

Hooray, the first proposal is out!

It wasn't a miracle yet, but we did not expect one right from the start. We've worked our way to perfection thanks to input from rigorous user testing. With each iteration, we were one step closer to our dream result.

And we did it! The finish line was worth it.

Users don't even have to worry about bank fees. It's much easier to use than lengthy bank transfers, and in many cases, it is automated. 

Although the primary goal was a connection to the existing app, don't worry... all customers will soon be able to enjoy the fruits of our labour!
