Dactyl Group helps to connect people! All of us have definitely experienced it. A great idea, a bunch of sensational people, a lot of fun. But planning events with friends doesn't always go exactly as planned and often someone drops out at the last minute or the whole event has to be cancelled. And then what? Try the Lives!

From the beginning we knew that we were starting a very demanding and complex application, so we carefully chose someone who we would entrust the project. Dactyl Group convinced us with its open approach and attitude to face any challenge - which simply Lives is. After the first graphic design it was clear that's a real fantastic bull's eye.

 A great idea turned into reality

Developing cutting-edge applications often starts with an amazing idea. That's why in Dactyl Group we love to implement ambitious projects, whether they are presented to us by a larger or smaller company, or even an individual.

The client wished to create an app for his unique project that would set a new direction. Imagine a place where users can easily find new friends, make and attend events, offer or seek mutual help, and share many other activities together.

The connection and interaction between users is the key.

The more technical requirements and attractions are certainly worth mentioning. The application is connected to our CMS, which allows you to expand the selection of available events or effectively track the number of users and events created. The administration also offers a direct connection to the API. It is thus possible to immediately resolve reported events that, for example, violate the rules and conditions of the application.

Look before you... leap (develop)

First of all, it was necessary to tune in to the same wave with the client. So several workshops were held to sort out the disparate thoughts and creative ideas before we could develop detailed specification and wireframe.

After in-depth revisions we were finally able to start choosing color palettes and the overall design of the application. We made sure that the app is intuitive, clear and user-friendly.

Finally the implementation of the CMS, API and native applications came. We didn't stop at the initial MVP. With the client, we realized that it was simply missing something. We extended the development with a number of additional features which gave new lease of life to the application.

The final product is excellent. Because the entire application from A to Z was created under our roof, we were able to control everything, from design, API, application development or connection to our CMS!

We focused primarily on making sure that the individual elements of the application work together flawlessly. There are not a few of them. But the main focus was on the application itself and its purpose. In short - to make our work meaningful. And it certainly does.
